For project applications in which samples/data from the own collection are requested for primary use (meaning that these samples will be used for a purpose previously described in the study application),  FO.UBI.9 (for the current version see Forms) needs to be submitted to UBiLim. No further approval of the Scientific Board or Ethical Comity is requested as this application has already been approved. Therefore, samples can directly be requested after approval of UBiLim.
