UBiLim can only deliver material/data if FO.UBI.9 is submitted and approved and if the necessary documents (Ethical Comite approval, final version of study protocol,…) are provided in case of a project application concerning samples/data of a collection of a third party or in case of secondary use of samples/data.

For material requests FO.UBI.10 (for the current version see Forms) needs to be submitted to UBiLim, together with a selection list containing all related information, such as sample type, of each individual requested sample. Next, a date and time is set in agreement with the UBiLim employee to deliver the requested samples.
